[ICOM] ICOM CK-70 Kit

Wasn't much to the Kit Walter. It was a DC power cable and the bracket
to hold the DC plug in the slot on the back panel.
Basically you remove the radio cover, locate the DC connector. It will
have a jumper plug installed.
Remove the external cover on the back panel. Install the slotted
bracket. Inset the internal DC connector into it.
To operate on DC remove the jumper plug and replace it with the DC
cable. To operate on AC remove the DC cable and insert the jumper plug.
