[ICOM] IC-7400 #8 ITA version to USA/EUR version question?

Hi all

Recently I bought a IC-7400 (aka IC-746Pro) #08 Italy version,
and now I want to change it to the European Version.

After I removed the covers (plus sub DSP unit) I found
the follwing

So, my radio is now as USA/EUR versions except the W1605,
who is OFF (USA/EUR version is ON).
Looking at the schematics, that line is TXF2.
My question: is there a problem to leave it OFF? Or it's advisable
to connect it?

Last, but not least, all mods I found about exteded Rx/Tx didn't
mention W1600 (DLTX line), but as I can see on the photos, it's
removed on USA version. My radio still have it. Should I remove
it too, or just forget it?
