[ICOM] 756 Classic and Filters

I just performed this same feat on my IC746 this morning. If the 756 is the
same, after selecting it on the set menu, you also must go to the filter
button, hold for two seconds and then select it there also. That will then
allow you to activate the filter via the filter button. At least it worked
fine on my 746. I also added the fl100 cw filter and it works good also.
