[ICOM] FS: SP-21 Speaker

It's Icom equipment - this is an Icom reflector - many others have 
availed themselves of the opportunity to sell Icom equipment to Icom 
aficionados using the reflector - you're not the first, nor will you be 
the last....some people seem to have a small "tolerance level"...thanks 
for the listing.
