[ICOM] Low Output - IC746

OK - sorry.  I do not own a 746 - but I am well aware of the uP glitches
etc.

I did well, shot a 479 - possible 500.  I won the match.  But it was a great
time shooting with two awesome combat veterans.  And the stories in the
clubhouse afterwards!  With soldiers like this - only the politicritters can
lose Iraq for us,

Hope you get it fixed, but it sounds like the usual IC-151 problem got you.
