[ICOM] Radio Shack USB - CIV control adapter

rr - the ICOM connection is mono - it's a 2 wire /very clever/ system for 2 
way communication.

However - I have confirmed that the stereo to mono adapter referenced below 
is NOT really necessary on my 746pro.
Works FB without it..... which or course is no surprise.
