[ICOM] New Icom at Dayton??

I think, most of us are holding our breeth thinking about a clone of Pro3 
with an upgradable software and a video output. The rest of the rig is 
pretty optimal and there is not much to improve in there, unless there is a 
higher sampling rate CPU applied. Well, I forgot a truly separate 2nd RX.
