[ICOM] Announcing a new Icom group, linked to the Icom Net

I am using an IC-746. The NR and ANF help a little,
but not sufficiently with the signal levels these days.
The crap is audible and strong over close to 3 kHz
of the band!

When needed, the notch on my PROIII sure works well. Two nets I get on have
a constant interfering signal and both the Auto or manual notch works great.

Hi Mac,
The 70 dB manual notch in any of the Icom IF-DSP radios should take out a
least part of the interfering signal. It is the 4th harmonic of the NTSC
colour-burst signal.
Cheers for now, 73,
Adam VA7OJ/AB4OJ
