All of the multi-band DIPLEXERS/SPLITTERS I know of
are bi-directional. They are simply combinations of low
and high pass filters.
The TRIPLEXERS consist of a combination of low, band,
and high pass filters.
In my opinion, the use of the term DUPLEXER should
be reserved only for the devices using multiple tunable
resonant cavities to operate "duplex" transmit and
receive simultaneously on a single antenna on the same
frequency band.

Jim,I dont know the model as it is outside and it is
snowing in the TX panhandle,hi. I think it is diamond.
There is a multiplexer designed for this. You come off
the hf/6 connection and it breaks that out to a separate
hf and 6 mtr feed. I used one for just that.

OK Guys,
I need a backward duplexer.
What "device" do I use to connect the 706 HF/6M
jack to two separate antennas?
Antennas are built as 70cm/2/6 meter antennas. Not
as HF/6 meter antennas. How do I connect it (I know
I could use a A/B switch but why)?
Thanks es 73, de Jim KG0KP
