George; one possibility is the keying timing sequence between the AL-811 and the 746Pro. A friend of mine had the exact same problem with his 756 ProII and the ALS 600 amp. The solution was to carefully adjust the open frame keying relay, and also to add a relay speed-up circuit to his amp. Larry K4LXV
