Hi Randy,

Chalk and cheese. The IC-7000 is an IF-DSP radio, similar to the 756Pro
series in many was. The IC-706 series is an analogue design.

Im sure this is an old question but does anyone have any input on how the
IC-7000 stacks up against the IC- 706G ? I have been off the reflector for a
couple of years and may have missed some comments.  Randy N5WV
