[ICOM] 222 MHz in IC 706 & 208H

Hello everyone!
I own a IC706 MK II and would like to know if  I could extend in RX into 
the 225MHz, ideally in Tx. or only in Rx.
Same thing happens to my IC-208 H which starts in 230MHz, is here an
upgrade in order to operate in the meter + quarter band?
Manufacturers seem not to support customers when it comes to populate this
band.

Last, is there a website where I can download the manuals for the IC -208 H
and the IC-T2H in Spanish or German? or do you have any hard copies
available?
