[ICOM] ICOM IC706MKII WON'T TALK TO MY ICOM AT-120 AUTOTUNER!

Dear Friends,

By the way, on the Mods DK site, it tells me that all I have to do is find 
W163[AT] below IC1 in the CPU compartment and clip it.  BUT... mine 
has no jumper installed whatsoever in these circuit board holes.  See the
