Hi again Bob:
Bob if I were you I would turn off the rigs tuner and go straight into the amp and then use the tuner between the amp and the
antenna.
Remember, don't tune with a full output only minimal output from the amp.
Turn the drive down pretty low, The ratios will be the same and when you turn up the drive after it is tuned you will still have an
acceptable swr with no blown fuses hopefully.
I am assuming you have a balun installed at the antenna so you don't have any common mode currents on the line back to the amp.
