[ICOM] Filter Insulators

Does anybody know offhand if these are available
from the mothership?

I had one disappear (if it was there originally)
while installing filters in my 706 Mk II.  I robbed
one off a filter that I was going to install in my
746 to complete the Mk II, but now I need one
to install in my 746.
