[ICOM] IC-775 MAIN DIAL

It's an encoder.  Altho not specifically the 775, I have had several of
these encoders (FT-1000, HF-2050's) seize up and all were easily fixed
by standing the radio vertical and getting some light penetrating spray
to dribble down the shaft.  I used WD-40 and the fix has lasted many
years.

It is easy to get to can it be lubricated by spraying inside the pot? Or
is it only a pot?
