Hmmmm . . . Well - I must say it is nice to see some other government is as
efficient as our own!  <grin>.

Years ago one of the ways we got the local cable company to fix the leakage
was to put a Morse code practice transmitted on 145.250 MHz right near the
leak.  I handheld, a coffee can, a good battery, a 1/4 wave antenna, and a
few chips - all put on the roof of a local ham.  It wasn't long (just a few
days) and they remembered the phone number of the ham who contacted them.
Leakage goes both ways!

Now they have several vans with antennas and monitors on them LOOKING for
leaks before we find them.  <BIG-grin>
