[ICOM] Looking for Icom AT-500 front panel

I don't have a 2KL nor a SM so describe what it is you want. I have a piece 
of plastic, clear on top, across the bottom shows different bands, 1.8 thru 
18/21. Just above that it shows Meter 1 on the left and Meter 2 on the 
right.
