[ICOM] IC-215 alignment inst. ???

I have an old IC-215 2M crystal rig.
It works 100%, but it is a European version (145 Mhz range).
With rocks for 146.52 in it, the output is a bit down from all the other 145 
range crystals.

I'd like to peak it for the 146 range.
Does anyone know where I can find alignment instructions, or a service 
manual for this 'ol rig?
