[ICOM] wanted IC-745 parts radio

If you find an IC-745 parts radio, I need a knob & skirt for my IC-740.  On
the IC-740 the knob is used for Keyer/VOX Gain, VOX Delay, NB Switch, NB
Gain, or AGC.  It is similar on the IC-745.  Heck, I could get by with just
the skirt.
