[ICOM] Icom 2720 mute sub band on main band receive AND during transmit

I have two IC-2720 rigs and both have the same issue. Even though I have 
selected Mute Sub Band on Main Band Receive, the sub-band comes alive 
again when the rig is placed in transmit - apparently the internal logic 
says that the main band isn't receiving any more so it's OK to open up 
the sub-band. I had this one solved some time ago but both rigs got 
reset for various reasons and this annoying trait is back. Anyone know 
of a way to mute sub-band during main band transmit?
