[ICOM] 756 proII Programming ? and / in CW Memory

I assume you are using a PRO type of radio! When in edit mode press the
key along the left side of the screen that is labeled 123. A red dot
will appear and 123 will change to etc which will now allow you to
program the / and other characters.
