[ICOM] IC-775 display slow to light up

Believe this is one of the "undocumented features" of the 775. My previous and current 775s both had/have this feature from time to time.

My 775 sometimes takes a long time before the display lights up. The rig is
working ... all functions appear to be active, just no light in the display
