[ICOM] no transmit

Well, I fired up the old PRO II and tried to call a friend and OH NO, no
transmit. The receiver is fine. The rig switches from receive to transmit
on the display but there is absolutely no output. I tried a different power
supply with the same result. I also moved the coax jumper over to the 746
and everything was fine with the antenna system. Any ideas?
