[ICOM] IC-91A Handheld

Well to complete my frustration, the IC-91A output power has dropped to nil,
both Hi and Lo power settings. It will no longer raise the local 2M
repeaters (it does bring up any of the local 440 repeater however). My
trusty old IC-T7A continues to work just fine however. Obviously a defect
inside the 91A was creating the erratic display, and now the complete Tx
failure on the 2 meter band (yes, I have reset the CPU, recharged the
battery, etc.) - either this is a single bad unit or there is something
going on with the 91A.
