Jim,
best to return it to your retailer or send it into Icom for warranty repair if
your retailer can't help. In my area (So. CA.) we have D-Star systems popping up
left and right and folks getting the 91AD's as well as the other D-Star capable
radios currently offered by Icom. This problem is unusual and warrants immediate
attention by your retailer or Icom. Let us know how it works out for you.
