[ICOM] Re-designed website of Icom C-IV protocol

Hello list,
I have redesigned my website. The main reason was to go to HTML 4.0 strict and 
pure CSS design, but that's only of academic interest.

What is probably more interesting for this list is the description of the Icom 
CI-V CAT protocol. Besides the new design there is some more contents. Nearly 
every command is shown with an example and lot's of explanations.

I would love to get some feedback, especially on the useability of the 
website, if the navigation is useable, design matters etc. But also of course 
about the contents... if it's useful, what could be enhanced etc.

Large parts of the website not dealing with Icom CI-V is in German, except the 
software section. Other parts are still empty...
