[ICOM] EX-309 ?'s

No the EX-309 is not CT-17 compatible. It was a parallel port interface. 
No one ever really supported it.
You need a UX-14 and http://www.piexx.com/  is making them after market 
now days.
I have never done business with then. I think others here have though.
