[ICOM] 746 on Rtty

I used to run IC-756 for 48 hrs of RTTY contesting full power numerous times
for some good 3 or 4 years. OK, the built-in fan also runned full power but
it was the only problem, if it was a problem at all.

It is one of reasons why most of my rigs are Icoms.
