[ICOM] IC91A Handheld

Just got one (the A model).  Very nice radio.  Also got the RS 91 remote 
control software and cable to program it, but Icom uses the antiquated 
RS-232 9 pin connector, not the more modern USB interface (geez my iPod and 
cell phone use USB, why not my Icom handheld?).  Anyway my computer does not 
have an RS-232 serial port, only USB ports.  Has anyone programmed a IC91a 
remotely, and did you use a USB-to-RS232 converter that you can recommend?
