[ICOM] Icom 775DSP Reg Unit K.O

hi all i sent again this mail , because had some problems on pc and do not 
know if someone send a answer to me . so here again my problem :

i have my regulator unit in my 775 dsp  burned

so i found it must be a rps-3701but we found another type unit on it , as
D3701M-02.

so my question , is it the same or what is different on this 2 ??
secondly , i ask on rubycon factory (builder of the reg-unit) to send me a
sematic , included component list for this 2 reg-units , but til now no
reply from rubycon .
all the shematics that we found was only 4 pages with shema and some
components . but the most part is not on it .
is there somebody who have the totaly shema ??and is there sombody who can
tel me also the voltages out from the unit , is it 20 and 14 volts for the
icom or 28 and 14 volts ??
and possible is there somebody who have a reulator unit for sale , because a
new one is abt 500 euros ??
