[ICOM] 746-non pro dead PA?

[GGLL]

	The problem started with the non-pro series of 746.  There's a great chance 
it's the IC151 problem. You have to replace it and check the various notes 
about possible fixes (adding heat radiator, more cooling by means of the 
included fan, diodes, etc.).
