[ICOM] HS-15SB instructions wanted

Hello all,

I am looking for the instructions documents for the HS-15SB switchbox
that is used with the HS-15 and HS-62 mobile mics and also some headsets
I believe.
Also looking for the same for the HS-62 mobile mic.

I have obtained these items from the used market and the original
instructions did not come with them.

I have contacted Icom support in Japan, who are usually very good at
providing this kind of information but they were not able to help.

I know how to connect all the equipment together but I like to have the
original documents for my equipment wherever possible.

If anyone can help with a scanned version etc that can be e-mailed, I
would appreciate it greatly.
