John, I finally figured out how to "lock out codes" and now the radio is back working good and the 107.2 PL is working too! I am a happy camper. Thanks to you and all others that have given me suggestions.

That is your problem!! CT is tone squelch, If the radio does not "
"hear" the correct tone" You will hear nothing!! Change it to only
show T and I suspect that all will be back to normal.
BTW I have two TH-22AT 's and I often find them difficult to
program, configure. Thank God for the cloning feature, it has saved
my bacon more than once.
