[ICOM] PBT information- Thanks

Hi Warren,

That sounds reasonable for the PBT reinstatement mod.
I have done quite a few PBT mods on the x75's, and if
I remember there are some errata in the "published"
mods, particularly for the 575. Whoever posted the 575
mod cut and pasted it from the 275 version, and it is
definitely not correct.

I just picked up a couple MuRata CFJ455K5's (2.4 KHz)
on eBay for $12 each, I am always looking for them
just for this purpose. They are getting harder to find
these days.
