[ICOM] IC-7000 Questions?

Hi Gang, I have a couple of questions about the IC-7000.

1) is a case 116 F or 47 C normal in receive only?
2) at what temperature does the internal fan turn on?    
3) is it possible to send Touch Tones from the mic keypad?
