PACTOR - one gotcha is timing with this mode. Sound card based apps/interfaces
don't do well with this mode because of the latency inherent in 'em. External
modems like the KAM do best for that. Keeps you clear of timing problems.

IC-746 and interfaces - FWIW I use a RigBlaster Pro with mine. Upgraded from a
RigBlaster M8. No complaints, works nicely for just about any digital mode
(except for PACTOR/AMTOR) *and* I get to use FSK keying on RTTY.
