[ICOM] Virtual Icom Radio

DXLAB is a great program.
HOWEVER, one must realize that it tends to want to do many things. It is updated
constantly for many things, (good or bad, depends). It tends to automate many
things, (good or bad, depends). I tried to use it but found that for just simple logging
it maybe a bit complex.

Now, I think that I am interested in the virtual program for my ancient PRO.

I tried to build an equalize to run PSK but did not work. Did something wrong.

But scanning the great spectrum sounds interesting.
