[ICOM] R71A Control Knobs & PBT Mod

Greetings

I recently purchase a r71A without BPT. The radio is nice but BPT would 
make her even nicer.

I just received the control to modify my R71A for BPT.  Does anyone know 
where I can get the back knob that controls the BPT? Icom does not have 
them available anymore..P/N N-65 42301. I think I can make the existing 
knob work for the outer knob by just removing the back aluminum skirt.

I have been looking  for a site that lays out the BPT mod changes to 
receiver. Again, any assistance would be appreciated.
