[ICOM] Virtual Icom Radio

[JV]

     UMMM, I already know what the face of my radio looks like. Why do I
need to see it on a screen? BTW, I believe Commander in the DXLab programs
does the same thing with the keyboard. I hope Dave doesn't put it there.
