[ICOM] IC-746 tx power problem

Hi guys,

A friend of mine has a problem with his 746 - no power out on all bands.
It's the infamous IC151 circuit that's failing.

He's had the 746 to a local dealer who replaced the IC151 and a couple of
diodes. It worked for a couple of hours and now he has the same problem
again!!

I don't know all the details related to this problem, but isn't there a mod
or two involved to fix this problem permanently?
