[ICOM] Trimmer caps question

[Clif Holland]

I have found the SM trimmers in the 728-736 series are as bad as the older 
thru hole ones. I don't think it's the caps as much as the cleaning compound 
used to de-flux the board.

At any rate I have had to replace the newer ones also.
