[ICOM] 275H

Has anyone ever used a 275H with a amp before? The manual says to use pin 3 
of ACC 1. Its says that pin 3 is grounded on transmit!! That would be 
perfect except that pin 3 shows a short to ground on receive???? If anyone 
knows the answer to this one please......................  Help.
