[ICOM] IC-706MKIIG & CT-17

Peter:

I should be home in about an hour and I will change the baud rate to a 
fixed baud rate and then test it.  If that does not work I will try 
changing the hex address.  I sure could have used you guys this 
weekend in the VHF test.
