[ICOM] Great deal on Icom PROIII

[John Geiger]

Means its at the Delaware store.  The manager there says that they have 1
customer who buys every new radio that comes out to play with, and the will
trade them in on the next new radio, so Delaware has to sell them as used.
Wish I had that kind of money.
