[ICOM] Great deal on Icom PROIII

This looks like HRO's in-store "play-with-me" radio. It's probably the Pro3 
I fiddled with a lot before deciding to buy one  (I saved my LCD display 
cling-plastic too) Great price if it's still OK.

Wonder what the "DEL2" in the item line means?
