[ICOM] G5RV & AT-500

After all the good reports of zero problems tuning a G5RV with an 
AT-500, I was pretty confidant I would have similar results.

I've been able to get it tuned on 20, 17, 15, 12 and fairly decently 
on 10, but I just can't seem to tune it on 30, 40 and 80.  On all 
three of the low bands it shows an infinite SWR and I cannot get it 
to dip anywhere.

Am I doing something wrong?

The apex of the antenna is at about 45' and I've installed fiberglass 
standoff rods out two feet from the tower to prevent any interaction 
between it and the ladder line.  There is a HyGain Thunderbird about 
6 feet above the antenna.

BTW, I'm listening to VI9NI on 17M as I type this (weak but he's 
there) so the antenna does work.  Broke a small pile-up on A45XR a 
few minutes ago barefoot.

I'm perplexed.  Any suggestions?
