Not really want you want, but figure it can't hurt to meantion it -
I have up for auction right now (yes, on eBay) a Utica 650 vintage tube 
type AM 6 meter radio, it needs a little work.

I have a old HT 2meter radio (Santec I beleive) I haven't used it in a 
while, I know the batteries need to be replaced, I can't remember if it 
has tones or not, and it's also not what you are really looking for (Ie: 
it's an HT, not a base) Just putting that out there as well.
