Looking for someone really good and reasonable to work on a MINT Icom 765,

Rig just stopped working.  Seems like a power supply issue.  Rig worked 
perfect then just went dead.  Never has been abused.  Used mainly for SWL.

Any qualified names would be appreciated.  Located in Ohio.
