[ICOM] Mic gain on the 706 MKIIG

On the other hand, the best way to sell more radios and acc's to make more
money is to try to please us hams. Seems to me that ICOM does a pretty good
job of pleasing hams, which would account for ICOM selling such a large
amount of radios and acc's.
